As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southeast Texas, Legacy Community Health has been providing comprehensive, quality and affordable health care services and programs to our communities for almost 40 years. We have continued to invest in our communities, innovating how health care is delivered, to meet the growing demand for care. We continue to grow strategically with close to 60 clinics serving communities across Houston, Baytown, Beaumont and Deer Park. We ve also added services and programs; to help ensure we remain at the forefront of connecting our communities to health every day, in every way.
