Family Practice - Without OB Physician

I m working with an FQHC in northern CA looking to add multiple providers to the group! Please let me know if you are interested. Practice: * 100% outpatient * Currently 4 Physicians and 5 APP S * Patients per day : 18-20 * Target start date: ASAP * NO call Hours: * The preference is full time but will consider 30 hours per week. Most of our full-time (40 hour/week) providers work 4 days per week. Compensation: * Physician Base: $228K-$240K/yr * Loan Forgiveness: NHSC Student loan forgiveness * National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program: * We are a NHSC approved site. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide primary care services are eligible for the following: * Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment * Up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment * Relocation: Up to 10K for providers * Physicians: up to $100k recruitment bonus, paid out over 5 years. Benefits: * Health insurance * Malpractice : yes * PTO: New employees start out accruing 112 hours per year and max out at 260 hours per year by year 5.
