The Swift Group is looking for a Systems Administrator. We need motivated senior level Windows and Linux Systems Administrator to augment our client's Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.S. Government to provide operations and maintenance, and development of custom financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 identification, diagnosis and resolution for events, incidents, and problems for cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide sustainment, security vulnerability and POAM support for Windows and Linux cloud-based systems, storage, and networks.
  • Provision and manage cloud-based services, systems, storage, and infrastructure.
  • Support for infrastructure services to include Active Directory, WSUS, LDAP, DNS, Splunk and others.
  • Support for software licensing and PKI certification renewals.
  • Support deployment and configuration of COTS and GOTS applications.
  • Support developers, application testers, and others' requests for infrastructure support.
  • Maintain system documentation and artifacts.
  • Participate in planning and scrum agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of directly relevant systems administration experience including hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • 6+ years of direct relevant experience configuring and maintaining the Information Technology Infrastructure associated with an IT system hosted in the AWS cloud environment.
  • 4+ years of directly relevant experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Print Management, Windows Server Roles & Features, WSUS, PowerShell, Windows Licensing & KMS, Certificate creation & management, Account creation & management.
  • Experience accrediting IT systems under the ICD 503 Certification and Accreditation Process.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator, and multitasker.
  • Desire to take on difficult tasks and mentor/assist team members.
  • Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal.
  • Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision or in a team setting.
  • HS Diploma.
  • US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
