As an HR Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement for the region(s) you are assigned to. In this role, you will provide essential guidance to HR Business Partners, ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and federal regulations. Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, you'll help lead the Regional Human Resources Team, making a significant impact on organizational culture and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enforce HR-related policies, procedures, and programs for assigned region(s).
  • Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and act as a resource for HR-related issues within the assigned region(s).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as best practices.
  • Stay current on trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in the field of human resources.
  • Assist with internal investigations and collaborate with HR Business Partners, local Leadership, and the Director of Human Resources to develop corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Travel to and regularly visit sites and HR Business Partners within assigned region(s).
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for the Regional HR team, training new team members and offering support on key HR issues.
  • Lead team projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members, people leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Provide backup support/assistance in the absence of the Director of Human Resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with an employee relations focus.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or similar platforms preferred.
  • Professional HR Certification preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., ATS, HCM systems).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region(s).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Communicate strategic direction and encourage employee participation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR department and regional team.
  • Monitor and support the execution of strategic objectives.
  • Involve team members in achieving organizational goals.
  • Effectively communicate important updates or changes within the department or company.
  • Handle difficult employee situations with respect and appropriate discretion.
  • Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas.
  • Promote a team-oriented approach and solicit input from all levels within the company.
