Your Responsibilties

• You lead the establishment and continuous improvement of key business processes to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
• You promote best practices across all functional areas to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• You develop and implement site-specific operational guidelines and standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• You implement change management initiatives to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• You support the strategic deployment of SAP aligning system capabilities with organizational needs.
• You contribute to business-building efforts by identifying operational efficiencies and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• You provide high-level, administrative & strategic support to the local executive team ensuring effective prioritization and execution of key initiatives.
• You support engagements with internal and external stakeholders at the C-suite level and prepare and facilitate agendas and presentation materials for regular meetings and in-person visits.

What You Bring

• You hold a degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
• You have experience in process design, operational governance and change management.
• Experience and understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP, is an advantage
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You have strong presentation and analytics skills, with the ability to prepare and develop reports and presentations for executive level audiences.
• You like to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
