THE ROLE: Outside Regional Sales Manager
LOCATION: Waukesha, WI
REPORTS TO: VP Of Sales
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Exempt

The Outside Regional Sales Manager generates revenue in the assigned territory. Responsible for all sales-related activities, including, lead management, quoting, order capture, training, and customer relations. Ultimately responsible for the sales and profit in the assigned territory.

OUR OPPORTUNITY:
The Outside Regional Sales Manager generates revenue in the assigned territory. Responsible for all sales-related activities, including, lead management, quoting, order capture, training, and customer relations. Ultimately responsible for the sales and profit in the assigned territory.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with Inside Sales to develop and close sales opportunities through proactive lead, quote and order management.
- Cultivate customer relationships through efficient territory management and regularly scheduled in-person sales calls.
- Identify revenue opportunities with assigned accounts. Collaborates with Inside Sales and Engineering to create solutions and provide quotes.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry functions.
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for assigned accounts via sales funnel management.
- Travel 50-65%, region includes: WI, MN, IA, SD, ND, MO, TX, KS, and OK.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum five years' experience in driving sales and revenue in an assigned territory; experience in material handling industry highly valued
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Current, valid Driver's License.
