Job Description

The ideal Contracts Manager candidate has a diverse background in professional services contracts administration and compliance and a comprehensive knowledge of pricing, contracting, and business management. This individual has in-depth knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other applicable government regulations. Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review all contract/task order documents and ensure requirements are tracked for
    compliance.
  • Review terms and conditions of customer contracts and negotiate exceptions to ensure
    compliance with standard terms and conditions of company.
  • Monitor purchase orders as required to provide status updates.
  • Provide guidance and direction to company personnel on contractual matters as needed.
  • Execute teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements in accordance with company
    policy.


Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
  • 8+ years contracts management industry experience (prime and subcontracting) with Federal Agency/DoD customers.
  • Background in administration/contracts
  • Outstanding computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other applicable Government regulations
  • Knowledge of SCA Labor Act
  • Must possess or be eligible for a DOD Secret Clearance (minimum)
  • Occasional travel may be required to company offices or customer sites

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of FSO experience
  • Knowledge of the NISPOM including the upcoming Insider Threat requirements
