Currently, we are seeking a Software Engineer I to join our Team!

Description:
- Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards, scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design, design/implementation of complex database/repository interfaces/queries, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Writes or reviews software and system documentation. Works individually or as part of a team.
- Develops software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, analyzing systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigating problem areas. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and document test results. Assists with developing and executing test procedures for software components. Resolves software problem reports to correct errors, to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree + Seven (7) years minimum experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Most commonly requested technologies are:
- Python, AWS/Cloud, Linux, Flask, Django, MariaDB, MongoDB, Jira, Confluence, Ni-Fi, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker, JSON, Ansible.
- Priority at the moment is Data Management, NiFi, UI, API, and DevOps in that order.
