What You Will Do:
The Talent Management Program Analyst will join Guidehouse to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will support the operations of the client's talent management team and work with the client to provide advice and assistance to customers, as well as review current processes, recommend improvements, and explore applications for new technology and tools. The candidate will also support outreach to and collaboration with overseas missions, as well as stakeholders across the Department.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What You Will Do:
The Talent Management Program Analyst will join Guidehouse to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will support the operations of the client's talent management team and work with the client to provide advice and assistance to customers, as well as review current processes, recommend improvements, and explore applications for new technology and tools. The candidate will also support outreach to and collaboration with overseas missions, as well as stakeholders across the Department.
Responsibilities may include:
- Develop, manage, and maintain talent management processes (e.g. Department awards processing, Reemployed annuitant processing, resource management).
- Coordinate across business units and support internal and external communications, collaboration, and coordination.
- Collect and manage data from multiple sources, report and communicate updates, and refine operating procedures based on updated requirements.
- Explore opportunities for AI integration into business processes.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- A Bachelor's degree
- FOUR (4) years of experience consulting with human capital or talent management requirements
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- State Department experience (or other international agency)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior consulting experience
- Ability to learn and manage a variety of technology platforms
- Experience in Salesforce and Asana
- Experience with data collection and/or data information sharing
