Join our Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic in Tonawanda NY, just a short distance from the vibrant city of Buffalo. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead our practice. Joint Ownership is an option for those interested but not a requirement.
As Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director, you'll provide exceptional medical leadership, foster a collaborative team environment, oversee veterinarians, and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations. You'll also spearhead the advancement of medical practices by managing surgical and medical cases, maintaining protocols, and ensuring the continuous education and licensure of our veterinary team.
Collaborating with the Hospital Manager, you'll oversee the financial performance of the hospital, including budget preparation, revenue management, and strategic planning. Monitoring key financial reports will be essential to drive the success of our practice.
In addition to leading the recruitment process for veterinarians and team members, you'll mentor and train staff, develop compliance protocols, and facilitate a positive workplace culture. Your leadership will be instrumental in maximizing team performance and ensuring high-quality patient care.
As a part of dynamic team of 13 doctors and a large support team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving practice growth and community engagement. Partnering with the Hospital Manager, you'll implement innovative strategies to enhance client service, marketing initiatives and overall practice success.
