The Role

As the Associate Director, Paid Social, you will be responsible for the management of a group of client engagements inclusive of Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest and the optimization of cross-channel paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities
    • Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders across a group of key accounts
    • Serve as the subject matter expert in kick-off meetings, ongoing client relationship management, campaign optimization, and strategic planning
    • Offer strategic insight and consultation for a clients' holistic digital advertising strategy including, but not limited to ad serving, media planning, media buying, tag management, creative strategy, production, performance reporting, and analytics
    • Liaise with Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest as well as other emerging paid social partners
    • Work closely with Paid Social Managers on deliverables & reporting to develop insightful client recommendations & optimizations
    • Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build paid social strategies
    • Proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency and scale across social media platforms
    • Brief internal and external stakeholders on industry trends to help them achieve their goals
    • Manage, coach and develop a team of 2-3


What You Need
    • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience focused on paid social
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with an emphasis on marketing, business, or similar
    • Experience being client facing, with the ability to craft communications to communicate findings & recommendations to various leadership levels
    • Expertise across paid social platforms as well as digital advertising reporting, measurement, and attribution tools
    • Experience developing social media marketing media plans and managing budgets
    • Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
    • Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment


$110,000 - $135,000 a year
