Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Assembly to join their team. As a Production Assembly, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Assembly Location: Rockledge, FL Pay Range: $17 per hour What's the Job? Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to specifications Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the assembly process Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area What's Needed? Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time What's in it for me?
