Summary :

Plans, schedules, assigns, directs and supervises the work performed by bargaining unit staff. Responsible for overall inspection, maintenance, and repair supervision of building systems and components. Assures work quality and progress in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, JHH standards, and local, state, and federal codes. This work is performed under limited supervision and using the tools and techniques of various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, refrigeration, and grounds technology.

Shift: Night Shift 11:00PM -7:30AM, 40 hours per week, Full Time

Location : Johns Hopkins Hospital

Required:

Requires Journey license/certification by the state of Maryland in at least one trade.

Requires 10 years related work experience, of which at least 5 years has been in a

supervisory capacity.

Salary Range: Minimum 28.96 per hour - Maximum 50.70 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
