Job Description Summary
The position is multifaceted! Responsibilities include but not limited to:
FRONT DESK/RECEPTION: Answer phones, greet visitors and assist with general questions. Maintain lobby appearance & restocking reception area supplies.
CLERICAL/ GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANCE: Assist with data entry, imaging/scanning and digital filing of student documents, organizing materials, mailing packets to prospective and new students, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
GENERAL SUPPORT: Assist admissions staff with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
CAMPUS TOURS: Work study student employees may be asked to give tours to prospective students and their families on occasion.
CALL CAMPAIGNS: Assist with outreach to prospective students to discuss questions, upcoming events, and their application.
SUPPORT ASSISTANT DIRECTORS: Student workers will be assigned to a recruitment territory to help with the recruitment of qualified students to Saint Leo University. Student workers will work closely with Assistant Director's to manage students throughout the recruitment funnel (Inquiry, Decision and Deposited). Duties include but are not limited to student phone calls, data entry, and other recruitment activities as needed. Other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new systems and skills.

- Must represent the University in a professional manner.

Additional Office Information:
- Approval for Federal Work Study required.
- Casual business attire required (khakis, Bermuda length shorts, capris, knee-length skirts or longer. No jeans, rompers, short-shorts, mini-skirts, or leggings)
- General office hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., however some nights and weekends may be necessary.
- Students may only work during these hours, occasional Saturday hours may be required for campus admissions events.
