For more information, visit www.integrichain.com, or follow us on Twitter @IntegriChain and LinkedIn.Job DescriptionYour mission at IntegriChain:The Gross to Net (GTN) Senior Analyst is a key member of IntegriChain’s SaaS and BPaaS Organization, which provides managed services and business process outsourcing in support of bio-pharmaceutical clients.What this role entails: Drive Customer GTN Close and Forecast processesPrepare monthly revenue related journal entries and ledger account reconciliations leveraging both excel models and an automated GTN software suitePerform true-ups based on actual versus accrued contra revenue GTN deduction itemsConduct reconciliations of actual transaction data to the associated accrual assumptionsAnalyze, explain, and meaningfully summarize gross to net variances to customersAlert customers to potential changes that may affect their businessSupport the growth of the GTN Managed Services departmentParticipate in developmental opportunities and trainingTrack, maintain, and report monthly and quarterly operation metrics to direct supervisorContinuously communicate with customer points of contactComply with internal policies/procedures to ensure SOC1 compliance and customer SLAs are metSupport new analysts during the onboarding period. This includes department specific training, customer training, systems training, and department workflowCreate reusable department templates & training/reference materialsDrive customer successCreate on-time, high quality project deliverables while managing expectations internally and externallyExecute, analyze, and maintain GTN data and calculations within the GTN software suitePerform ongoing maintenance processes and communicate deficiencies through reporting mechanismsPerform analysis and troubleshooting for customersAnticipate and meet shifting customer needs, proactively elevating issues as requiredValue and build relationships with customer IT, operations, and finance staffCollaborate cross-functionallyWork closely with the GTN Advisory team to provide critical analysis of GTN-related data sets, and triage customer issues and reconciliation variancesAssist cross-functional business teams to meet goals of shared service arrangementsAttend customer, department, and company meetingsQualificationsWhat you’ll need to thrive in this role:Understanding of the GAAP principles related to revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting practicesKnowledge of the pharma supply chain and contracting, and the relationship to data flows through GTN models – including but not limited to direct sales, chargebacks, rebates, and copay data.Ability to demonstrate business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detailExhibit superior communication and influencing skills: oral, written, listening and presentation skillsDesire to continuously improve skills through continuing self-training, education, and personal developmentProactive with a pleasant manner; self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibilityAbility to adhere to processes and controls to satisfy routine internal/ external auditsWhat you’ll bring to the table: Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skillsMinimum B.A. / B.S., CPA or MBA preferred with majors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar1-3 years of Life Sciences industry experienceRecommended 1-2 years of accounting experience working on the customer side or at a consultancyKnowledge and/or user experience in the financial system is a plus (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, forecast tools, etc.)Additional InformationWhat does IntegriChain have to offer?Mission driven: Work with the purpose of helping to improve patients' lives!
