Our patients have access to one of the largest heart programs in the U.S. and more nationally recognized doctors and hospitals in these areas.
Recognized for advanced technologies by U.S. News and World Report, our medical centers lead the way in surgical excellence with technologies like TAVR, top pediatric heart programs, and positive outcomes.
Advocate Health - Midwest Region - does 50,000 procedures annually and has more than 250 clinic trials. Among other non-profit organizations in the country, Advocate has the 10th largest heart program in the country.
Position highlights
- Full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE)
- Two-year salary floor range $741,000-$741,000 plus sign-on bonus
- 1:3 call
- Biosense Webster Carto in addition to Medtronic cryoballoon and Boston Scientific FaraPulse
- Well-trained support staff in EP lab and clinic and collegial partners
- EP only call
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
- Procedures: Ablations including SVT, atrial flutter/fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia/PVC. Device implant including pacemakers, defibrillators, subcutaneous ICD, leadless pacemakers including Micra and Aveir, LAAO watchman and Amulet implant. Lead extraction starting in the near future.
Training and/or experience required
- Board eligibility or board certification in Electrophysiology
