Trinity Health is seeking an experienced and devoted Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Minot, North Dakota. The successful candidate will provide critical care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage the care of critically ill neonates in the NICU.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Perform advanced clinical procedures as necessary.
  • Provide education and support to families regarding their infant's condition and care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain high standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Dakota, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
