About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Development and Alumni Relations to spearhead our fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing innovative fundraising campaigns, building strong relationships with donors, and fostering a vibrant alumni community. Partnering closely with senior leadership, the Foundation Board, and the Alumni Association Board, you will ensure that our philanthropic efforts align with the university's mission and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management and a deep commitment to promoting diversity and cultural awareness. We are seeking a visionary thinker who can effectively identify challenges and devise creative solutions while nurturing a culture of philanthropy across the campus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with a diverse array of students and community stakeholders.
