Job Description
Purpose:
This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong internal communications infrastructure and best practices for Eat'n Park Hospitality Group and its brands.
Program Management (50%)

Job Description
Purpose:
This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong internal communications infrastructure and best practices for Eat'n Park Hospitality Group and its brands.
Program Management (50%)
- Build and maintain project and content calendars to support communications infrastructure, campaigns and programs across ENPHG.
- Support our communications ecosystem tools and channels through ongoing maintenance, data analysis, tracking, and reporting, compliance monitoring, and upholding best practices.
- Ongoing assessment of all communications tools and processes efficacy and reach.
- Regularly track and report on metrics and budget status for assigned programs and experiences.
- Serve as the Communications Learning Dean in support of Smile U learnings and content development.
- Serve as SME for operational communications infrastructure.
Content Creation (30%)
- Develop relationships with internal business partners to source content to inform and create key messages.
- Write and edit content and ensure distribution of key messages across a variety of internal communication channels.
- Create and maintain ENPHG brand standards documents and serve as standards SME for ENPHG.
- Create and maintain ENPHG brand content repository, including PowerPoint templates, site maps, etc.
- Create departmental content for operational communications.
- Create ENPHG branding content for internal channels.
- Develop and contribute to strategic, creative, comprehensive communications plans to support key initiatives.
Culture and Engagement (20%)
- Provide culture and communications event support, including vendor management, budget oversight, swag bag ideation and procurement, experience and atmosphere design, and day-of event execution for enterprise and CSC meetings.
- Program manage internal communication/culture initiatives like Team Appreciation and Caring for Kids
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/related field
- Minimum 5 years of corporate communications or related experience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong alignment to the ENPHG Purpose (to create a smile) and Core Values with the ability to represent ENPHG in a public setting and maintain core brand/identity principles.
- Effective analytical skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to develop business cases, track metrics, set goals, and identify gaps and opportunities for new projects and programs.
- Excellent communication skills to develop internal and external narratives and to keep key stakeholders aligned.
- Empathetic and self-motivated contributor that can excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence internal and external entities of all levels.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as basic proficiency with MS SharePoint Online and content management / publishing systems.
- Ability to maintain and work with data in Excel and other data warehouse tools and a proven ability to manage budgets and solve for budget challenges.
- Must be able to work occasional night and weekend hours, as dictated by event schedules.
