Who You Are:

  • You’re a seasoned business development professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family/commercial sales, particularly within the building products or construction industry.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record of expanding dealer networks and driving revenue growth.
  • You excel at building relationships, are a strategic thinker, and are passionate about fostering partnerships that lead to mutual success.
  • You are open to heavy overnight travel – covering the southwest territory, which includes in market meetings in SOCAL, NV and Pheonix, AZ.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Network Expansion: Lead the charge to grow the Ultralox Interlocking dealer network by 100% within your first year, onboarding top-tier partners.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that result in a 25% increase in sales revenue year-over-year.
  • Impact: Shape the future of our brand by cultivating relationships that elevate our market presence and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion and development of our dealer network, ensuring all partners are aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Implement advanced market segmentation strategies to identify and seize new sales opportunities.
  • Coach and develop dealer sales teams, enhancing their performance and proficiency in selling Ultralox products.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $88,000 up to $101,000. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
