Using the Workato API Management Platform, you’ll work closely with various teams across the organization to gather requirements, create efficient integrations, and automate outdated processes. You will also manage the workflow automation roadmap, troubleshoot escalations, and ensure reliable system uptime, all while contributing to Crusoe's mission of leveraging stranded energy for sustainable cloud computing.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implement API IntegrationsDesign and develop deep API integrations using the Workato API Management Platform to facilitate workflow automation and business process improvementEnsure integrations meet specific business needs and support multiple business systems, using protocols such as JSON, XML, and WebhooksCollaborate with business units to understand requirements and propose solutions that improve process efficiency and automationDrive Business Process TransformationAdvocate for the use of workflow automation to modernize outdated business processes and increase efficiency across the organizationWork with various teams to collect requirements, propose workflow enhancements, and execute automation solutions that drive business transformationSupport Workflow Automation RoadmapCollaborate with IT Operations to maintain and evolve the automation roadmap, ensuring it aligns with long-term business objectivesTroubleshoot escalations from IT teams, resolve issues related to end-user requests, and ensure reliable system performanceConduct regression testing on integrations following platform updates to ensure continued reliabilityDocumentation & CommunicationMaintain accurate documentation for code, designs, and integrations, including project tickets, configuration documents, and as-built diagramsEnsure timely and effective communication with stakeholders to provide project status updates and meet sprint goals in accordance with Agile principlesContinuous Learning and InnovationStay current with the latest IT platforms, API developer tools, and best practices for integrationsContinuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve the efficiency and scalability of API solutionsImplement best practices in EAI/SOA and integration development, while ensuring proper management of data and security protocolsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as an API Developer with a focus on cross-platform development and integrations2+ years of experience using Workato, ideally with a Workato Integration Developer CertificationExpertise in designing, managing, and troubleshooting integrations and automations within the Workato platformStrong knowledge of Workato tools, including Task Optimization, Recipe Functions, Recipe Lifecycle Management, Batch/Bulk Processing, and building HTTP connectorsFamiliarity with common API development protocols such as J2EE, JSON, XML, Webhooks, PHP, etc.Experience with role-based access controls, data management, environmental controls, and audit logsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficiency with Atlassian JIRA, JSM, and Confluence is a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for supportAbility to travel up to 20% to support other Crusoe offices as neededKey Success Metrics:Successful deployment of API integrations that drive process efficiency and business transformationTimely resolution of escalated integration issues and reliable system performanceMaintenance of accurate and thorough documentation that supports system reliability and scalabilityAchievement of project goals and KPI objectives according to Agile sprint schedulesBenefits:Hybrid work schedule Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accounts Paid Parental Leave Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Teladoc 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $50 per pay periodCompensation Range:Compensation will be paid in the range of $145,000 - $170,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
