Neurointensivist Opportunity in Redding CA

Mercy Medical Center and the Redding Critical Care Medical Group in Redding, CA, are expanding their critical care service line. They are seeking a third Neurointensivist to join Dr. Kiruba Dharaneeswaran and Dr. Amjad Musthafa to expand the new Neuro-Critical Care coverage and Pulmonary-Critical Care combined unit at this robust community hospital in beautiful Northern California. The ideal candidate will be excited to be part of building the unit set to open summer 2025, in addition to being comfortable with working in the Medical, Surgical, Cardiovascular, and Trauma units, alongside the current critical care team.

-- Level II Trauma Center
-- 267-beds
-- 29-bed Neurotrauma and MedSurg ICU
-- Thrombic Capable Stroke Center
-- 15-days total per month shift schedule; 5 days spent as nocturnist
