Eastern Columbia River Gorge on the OR border 1 hour to Mount Hood 110 miles to downtown Portland 200 miles to Seattle Join 4 physicians and 4 mid-level providers in a Family Medicine Clinic. • The clinic also offers an ExpressCare clinic, Pain Management, Behavioral Health, a dental clinic, and Diabetes services. General Surgery and Orthopedics available. Podiatry, Cardiology, Dermatology and Pulmonology specialists are regularly available as visiting physicians through our Specialty Clinic. • Each FM provider has dedicated support staff including an MA and virtual scribe. • Leadership structure in the clinic consists of a Medical Director (Physician), Clinic Manager, Clinic Support Staff Supervisor (RN) and Office Support Staff Supervisor. • The EMR is Meditech Expanse and providers are supported by a Clinical Informatics RN. • Patient volume is 13-17/day. 3 or 4 day work week, no call/OB.
