Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $87,000-$107,000 annually plus Quarterly Profit Sharing. This is the base pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position. In addition, you will receive a company performance bonus structured to match the thrill of your success stories.

Physical Demands:
This job is performed in a typical office setting as well as visits to customer sites. Sites may be loud with exposure to varying degrees of temperature. While on site, PPE may be required including wearing safety shoes. While on site, extended periods of walking and standing may be required.
Travel:
Regular travel to customer sites. Periodic travel, including overnights, for company events and trainings.

What you'll be doing:
- Leads all activities on assigned accounts, including sales forecasts, gross profit forecasts, territory. and account plans.
- Determine and understand customer's key business issues and needs, and develop a high level of relevant industry knowledge for Key/Strategic accounts.
- Create solutions utilizing products and services offered by Caltrol to address customer's business needs.
- Assist Inside support staff with preparation of quotations, sourcing equipment and closing orders, as necessary. If required, the Account Manager may help expedite delivery of equipment, vendor data, and payment.
- Ensures customer quotes are being completed in a timely manner, and quote follow-up is occurring to achieve sales.
- Maintain and update Project tracking tools and participate in scheduled review sessions.
- Updates management regularly on pipeline projects.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in outside sales or comparable work experience:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass random drug testing if required by our customers.
- Ability to interact with customers and develop process improvements.
- Ability to handle special assignments and schedule demanding workload requirements to meet customer deadlines.
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year Engineering degree.
- Background in process controls.
