Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal interested in a permanent job opportunity in Jacksonville, FL? You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, memorandum, discovery, and more; filing and e-filing in state and federal courts; calendaring, including scheduling appointment, meetings, and conference calls; docketing and deadline management; preparing charts and graphs as needed; legal research; file maintenance; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be very customer-service oriented and a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small, positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
3+ years of strong litigation paralegal experience, real estate or business litigation a plus!
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint),
Typing speed of 50wpm or faster
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Salary: $65,000-$70,000/yr.
