In this position as the lease holder, you will not only be the practicing Optometrist but will have the ability to act as the business owner. You will enjoy the freedom to run your own business while having the entire back office and administrative tasks handled by a full support staff.

With this lease and a management services agreement, you will have no overhead and no upfront cost. This lease offers high foot traffic customers plus marketing support, high-quality equipment is provided for you to care for and treat your patients.
Job Description
As the Optometrist your duties will include analyzing vision tests, diagnosing potential vision imparities, and prescribing corrective lenses and eyeglasses. To be successful in this role, the optometrist should be detail oriented, able to treat patients with kindness and discretion, from young children to the elderly. Ultimately, you will ensure the accurate diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries.
Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision tests
•Diagnose defects of the eye, such as myopia, astigmatism, and glaucoma
•Provide personalized temporary and permanent solutions to visual imparities based on each patient’s specific case and medical history
•Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, and contact lenses
•Advise patients on proper eye care techniques
•Keep updated and accurate medical records for all patients
• Advise patients on how to use and maintain their contact lenses
• Co-management of patients with local Ophthalmologists
Requirements
•Degree in Optometry
•In-depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects
•The ability to explain medical terms in a clear and concise manner
•Patient focused
Note - to be considered for this position, you need to be a licensed optometrist, or in the process of acquiring your Optometrist License for this State.
