Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday at 7 am until the following Monday at 7 am Busy call schedule. 30 clinic patients per day. Must be able to perform emergent procedures Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 Days Board Certification is required Must have Indiana license to be presented and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) (or one that is easily transferrable) Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
