Paralegal
The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with a small group of attorneys, and a paralegal with secretarial and administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented.

Paralegal

Responsibilities
- Administrative functions
- Some receptionist duties
- Ability to assist with drafting, finalizing pleadings and filings with State and Federal Courts, tables of authorities
- First point of contact/representative for clients
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years as a legal secretary, civil litigation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
