ExecuSource seeks a high energy Business Development Manager for an exciting sales opportunity in the Dallas TX market!
The Business Development Manager manages the full-cycle client experience through sales and account management. The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a client pipeline to hit monthly sales goals.
The Business Development Manager will:
- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person, and prospecting via online ad boards.
- Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present presentations and solutions to potential clients, attend trade shows or other large events to meet potential customers.
- Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment with knowledge of account management and sales initiatives
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record -- local travel in the Dallas market is 50%
