- Unit Turnovers: Actively participate in making units ready for new residents, ensuring quick and efficient turnovers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support your team, setting high standards for performance and communication.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with outside contractors, overseeing their work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Emergency Response: Join the on-call rotation, responding swiftly to urgent maintenance needs and implementing emergency procedures.
- Proven experience in property maintenance with strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- A leader who inspires their team through example and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Valid certifications, including a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certification.
