About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, FP&A Leader to Chief Commercial Officer. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and the entire commercial organization. This role is pivotal in driving business initiatives, growth, cost and productivity opportunities, business planning, M&A, and overall strategic direction. The VP, FP&A Leader will be a key member of both the CCO's and CFO's leadership teams, with a strong focus on profit and loss management, cash flow optimization, and the development of best-in-class FP&A capabilities. They will also be responsible for aligning business unit reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and playing a significant role in the organization's S&OP processes. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, strategic planning, or economics, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, and the ability to lead high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical or manufacturing industries and a proven track record in managing work and teams through leading FP&A practices. Key attributes include curiosity, the ability to scan the business horizon for opportunities and risks, and the capacity to challenge the status quo while being a thought partner to the CCO. The role demands a professional who can effectively communicate and present ideas at all levels of the organization and who is adept at coaching and developing their team.
