Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Loading and unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling, shipping, and receiving.
• Check and maintain count accuracy within the warehouse.
• Effectively communicate with shift leaders and co-workers from other shifts.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Operate forklift, trucks, and/or other industrial vehicles.
• Thorough and accurate completion of required paperwork.
• Responsible for quality control:
• No damaged product is sent out.
• No damaged raw material is accepted in.
• Stage finished product for loading.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven track record of improving processes (lean out the waste).
• Strong understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations, technologies, training methods, etc.
• Strong understanding of SAP WMS and ERP system.
• Experience interacting with Logistics teams.
• Proactive, data-based problem-solving ability to effectively deal with ambiguity.
• Focused on processes and able to establish/design, implement, and measure processes effectively.
• Microsoft Office suite experience, with proficient Excel skills.
• Able to set and communicate priorities and work in a dynamic business environment.
• Ability to maintain schedule flexibility based on shift coverage needs.
Education: High School
