Sales Development Representative

AppsFlyer is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow our sales efforts! This position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. SDRs will partner with our full-cycle sales professionals in the generation of new business.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Development Representative position at AppsFlyer will be a highly motivated, self-starter with an interest in the tech industry, particularly mobile advertising and app development.
We're looking for extraordinary people with mobile and/or SaaS experience, who can demonstrate the added value that AppsFlyer can bring to our customers. In this role, you will be researching, prospecting, and qualifying new business leads and sales opportunities.

For our SF-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $80,000 and $95,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.

What you'll do:
- Generate high-value, well-qualified sales meetings from marketing leads and cold outreach
- Strategize with Account Executives to prospect into strategic target accounts
- Uncover prospect fit
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Partner Teams and Sales Teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
- Manage, nurture, and grow a pipeline of interested prospects across your respective territories
- Meet and exceed quarterly pipeline quota
What you have:
- 1+ years of sales or related market/ business experience
- A desire to grow and advance a career in tech sales
- Curiosity, coachability, and competitiveness
- An intrinsic motivation to continually improve yourself through learning
- A passion for being surrounded by high-energy people striving to make a real difference
- Required to be in in-person in the office Monday - Wednesday
Bonus Points:
- Experience in Mobile and SaaS-based companies
- Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
