Position Summary:

HR Business Partner and contribute to our mission of fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. In this strategic role, you will partner with business leaders to enhance workforce performance and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role will support exempt and non-exempt employees.

This role will be based in Frisco, Texas, and reports to the VP of HR.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess and anticipate HR related needs.
  • Facilitate and advocate HR programs including performance management, engagement surveys, and succession planning across multiple countries.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, projects, and policies that accommodate diverse workforce needs internationally.
  • Manage employee relations and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) that considers cultural nuances.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention across global teams.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, including leading recruitment campaigns and improving employer branding.


Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or relevant human resources roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling recruiting and onboarding related tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and comfortable with technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
  • Master's degree
