The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at sales forecasting, creating sales strategies, and relationship building. This role will partner with senior leadership across the company to oversee and lead sales representatives in the achievement of revenue and sales goals. SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of high school diploma or GED
- 10+ years of Sales experience required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing sales teams using focused sales metrics.
- Experience in HVAC company a plus but not required.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and the latest sales applications. Experience with Dynamics
- CRM, ServMan, or another CRM application a plus.
