Dusty Robotics is the leading solution to ensure design integrity in the field through automated layout and a streamlined BIM-to-field process. Dusty delivers a combination of hardware, software, and services that fit seamlessly into existing construction work processes by printing digital models directly on the jobsite floor with 1/16" accuracy based directly on Revit or AutoCAD models. Dusty has enabled contractors to print over 100 million square feet of layout across thousands of buildings and is trusted by leading general contractors such as DPR and Skanska as well as trade contractors in framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

The position

The Director of Sales Enablement at Dusty Robotics will play a crucial role in driving sales success by equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively engage customers and close deals. This leader will develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals and accelerates revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales enablement plan that supports the overall sales objectives and enhances the productivity and performance of the sales team.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and onboarding processes to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.
  • Content Creation: Create, manage, and distribute sales enablement content, including playbooks, battle cards, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales process.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, product knowledge, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, helping them refine their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry and/or robotics technology is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with sales enablement tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant software applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Where You'll Work:

Dusty's offices are located in Mountain View, CA. You will be working from our office in this role to facilitate rapid coordination with executive leadership and business teams. You can also expect to travel a small amount to customer locations around the US.
