We are Looking for:
The Project Manager (Operations) will be in charge of driving projects forward-from ideation through production and delivery. You'll need to create and update schedules, project plans, budgets and expenditures. Continued communication and updates to your team and stakeholders will be essential-ultimately ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To be successful, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, and be able to proactively identify issues to be resolved. This is a regular full-time fully on-site position.

Compensation range for this position $102000 - $109000.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with creative leads, account leads, stakeholders and production.
- Manage end to end content creation, from ideation through production and delivery.
- Create and update project plans, project/crew schedules, budgets and expenditures.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties receive relevant information to keep them fully informed of project progress and setbacks.
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, with the ability to create and present material as needed.
- Document and follow up on important action items and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare and distribute recap notes from meetings.
- Consult internal rights / clearances team members, on special music (outside of our libraries) or special footage or clearances of any kind.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Determine, communicate and document project changes.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Keep internal tracking of resource allocation, additional requests within a project, and new projects that are out scope, while working with finance / budget manager on internal studio cost.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years experience in a project management role in advertising and video production, preferably with experience in live content.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced skills in Google docs and spreadsheets.
- Experience working in an advertising agency, TV production, or post production company, or similar environment.
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for multiple projects at once.
- Post production experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Self-starter, strong self initiative.
