Hazen and Sawyer is seeking Project Managers to join our growing Hartford and Boston offices.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- PE license (with the ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proven leadership capabilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing project teams in the evaluation, planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater-related projects
- Overseeing multiple project budgets and schedules proactively
- Supervising and mentoring less experienced staff
- Developing new clients and maintaining existing client relations (supported by Hazen's Connecticut staff, New England offices, and New York headquarters)
- Collaborating with Hazen's New England leadership team
- Traveling within the New England and New York areas (limited)
