Amentum is now hiring for a Configuration Manager (All Levels) - CSIA position in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $250,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:
- Develops, reviews, and maintains a configuration management plan for all aspects of the software lifecycle.
- Provides guidance and leadership in all aspects of configuration management.
- Oversees software tracking and releases.
- Collaborates with the configuration management team to ensure release integrity in multi-stage environments.
- Tracks and reports on software releases through change requests, impact assessment, and version control.
- Establishes a documentation repository to track and maintain records.
- Leads software and code reviews and ensures the configuration management plan is executed.
- Reports on configuration management activities during meetings.
- Oversees packaging of the software releases for testing and deployment.
- Manages the configuration management budget and ensures adequate staffing.
- Work closely with program management, systems engineers, quality managers and representatives, draftsmen and design/manufacturing engineers in a concurrent engineering environment.
- Develop and administer Configuration Management Plans.
- Prepare for and conduct major configuration audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent.
- 1-10+ years' experience.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
