Summary The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance helps lead Chobani’s manufacturing and operations financial activities while working towards performance targets including cost, efficiency and working capital metrics. Through analysis and recommendations, this role is key to driving and improving performance, implementation of standard processes and strengthening of financial internal controls. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance will help us shape strategic decisions, not only for supply chain activities but across the company. Responsibilities Compiling and analyzing financial closing process, summarizing financial results with insights Partnering with supply chain teams to identify and facilitate implementation of short-term strategic initiatives to deliver budget and long-term plan; Drive accountability and implement tracking of savings projects vs. goals Provide visibility to contract manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, focusing on continuous improvement and business performance/KPIs of operational drivers Play a key role in supply planning as part of monthly integrated business planning process Demonstrate ownership in inventory and COGS financial planning Prepare financial rolling forecast for COGS, calling out any risk and opportunities vs. plan Partner with procurement to implement material price tracking and forecasting process Perform other duties as necessary Requirements 7+ years of broad financial experience with 2-3 years in a supply chain finance role within manufacturing or CPG Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting in areas of Factory costing, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory and Procurement Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to identify, act and implement ideas that drive continuous improvement Ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner; advanced MS Excel / Power Point skills required Able to manage competing priorities in a cross-functional environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills Works independently with limited supervision Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI and other dashboarding tools preferred About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. Compensation Range: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00, plus bonus.
