The base compensation range for this position may be between $250,000 - $375,000. In addition to the base compensation, this position is also eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan forgiveness bonus, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus. The physicians are also eligible to become shareholders via a two-year shareholder track once eligible requirements are met.
