MyMichigan Health Park Bay has a new opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in Bay City!

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
• Rotating after-hours call
• Mixture of small patient panel and acute visits
• Follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics
• Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
• Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered with primary care background
• AHA approved BLS Certification
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
