Onin Staffing is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor for direct hire in Rabun Gap, GA.

As an Onin Teammate, your Job duties will include but not be limited to:

• Manage and lead 15-25 production employees to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals
• Communicate important information to ensure the smooth flow of materials/products.
• Take appropriate coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed.

• Shift/production management
• Manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift, flexible to work day and night shift
