Site Medical Director

Site Medical Director (SMD) is a physician at a clinical site who supports and manages the administration of clinical practice for providers across all primary care service lines at a given site, in close collaboration with operational and nursing leadership at the site.

• Managing in collaboration with the Site Director
- Schedule optimization, Schedule coverage
- Provider behavior and professionalism
- Clinical workflow implementation and optimization
- Addressing urgent issues in the clinic
• Management of CME time and reimbursement requests.
• Manage PTO Holiday schedule in conjunction with Site Director
• Management of complaints and incident reports as it relates to clinical operations
• Stands as the Lab director for the site and assigned training
• As a provider, SMD will still participate in the Provider Incentive Program, with a modification to include metrics of success of the clinic site
• Administrative time is based on the size of the clinic, and will change accordingly

Requirements:
• Physician with at least 3 years of clinical practice, post residency
• Board certified in their specialty
• Leadership/management experience
• Community Health Care experience
