Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Jacksonville Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare - Jacksonville Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking hard working and eager CNAs to join our facility. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering an array of therapy services. We have two units with a mixture of long-term care and short-term care. CNAs can expect to average about 15 patients. Shifts Available: 7a - 3:30pm, 3p - 11:30pm, 11p - 7:30a Responsibilities: · Use the wristband or photo card file to identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., as necessary. · Ensure that the resident's room is ready for receiving the resident (i.e., bed made, name tags up, admission kit available, etc.). · Greet residents and escort them to their room. · Make resident comfortable (i.e., put to bed, get water, etc.). Inventory and mark resident's personal possessions as instructed. · Assist residents with packing their personal possessions when they are being transferred to a new room, or when being discharged. · Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area. · Obtain vitals. · Assist residents with daily dental and mouth care (i.e., brushing teeth/dentures, oral hygiene, special mouth care, etc.). · Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.50 per hour Shift and Weekend Differential
