Coverage Needed * September 30, 2024 - September 1, 2025 Schedule * Clinic hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm * Call coverage: 4:30pm - 8:00am Clinical Details * Patients per day: 14-16 outpatients * Lab and infusion suite onsite Requirements * Board Certified in Oncology and Hematology * Active MI License and CSR * BLS * Local candidate - Highly Preferred * Clean malpractice/background * DEA * Covid vaccinated * Procedures/Skills Required: Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient, Participation on a tumor board * Must be able to cover Monday - Friday, Preferably 2+ weeks/month Support Staff * 2 APPs in office, 1 FT physician, 0.5 locums EMR * Cerner
