Coverage Needed * December 16 - ongoing Schedule * 7:00am-7:00pm * 12/16 - 12/19 * 12/23 - 12/24 * 12/26 * 12/27 * 1/14 - 1/16 * 1/23 * 2/11 - 2/14 * 2/24 - 2/27 * 3/3 - 3/7 * 3/10 - 3/14 * 3/10 - 3/13 * 4/7 - 4/11 * 4/21 - 4/24 Clinical Details * 11 ORs in Main Hospital, 2 in the Ambulatory Center * 50 - 60 Patients Per Day * Comprised of Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, and Endo * 1 Provider is assigned to OB each day - this will not be a locum * Practice setting: Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center Requirements * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology * Active AZ License or IMLC in Hand * ACLS, PALS * Active DEA * Must be able to produce Case Logs * Trauma Level 1 and 2 Experience Preferred * COVID and Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed) * Must be comfortable with all ages * Number of Years Experience Required: 1 Support Staff * CRNAs EMR * Cerner and SaAnesthesia
