Position Highlights: Full-time/permanent endourology physician Join a collegial team of (5) Urologists and (4) APPs. Competitive base plus RVU production with NO CAP! 3 days of clinic, 2 dedicated OR days. 1:4 call rotation. 95% clinical, 5% teaching Be busy from day one! Must be able to perform PCNLs, find own access, and manage complex kidney stones. Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care. Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
