Job Description
Superlanet is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, communications, and content initiatives in the healthcare IT staffing sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to take on diverse marketing responsibilities, with a strong focus on writing RFPs, planning and executing events, and enhancing our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
• B2B Marketing Strategy: Own and enhance Superlanet's B2B marketing program to elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and improve marketing ROI.
• RFP Management: Identify and respond to bid opportunities. Oversee the planning, collaboration with subject matter experts, writing, and submission of proposals.
• Event Planning and Execution: Identify opportunities to attend, sponsor, or host industry events and conferences. Manage the planning, logistics, and execution of these events to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Content and Design Management: Oversee the creation and strategy for all marketing content, including website, sales collateral, blogs, and social media. Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end paid campaigns, including audience segmentation, messaging, design, budgeting, tracking, analysis, and optimization across platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team on outbound lead generation initiatives and email marketing strategies to drive conversions.
• Internal Communications: Contribute to internal and recruitment communications to strengthen the employer brand and attract top talent.
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Writing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3+ years in marketing, with at least 1 year in B2B marketing.
• Writing Skills: Proven experience in content writing, including blogs, website copy, proposals, and case studies. Strong ability in RFP writing is a plus.
• Design Proficiency: Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or similar platforms.
• Campaign Expertise: Experience with paid campaign management, audience targeting, and analytics (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft O365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
• Event planning and management experience.
• Familiarity with demand generation principles and account management.
Pluses:
• SEO experience.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Prior experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, or healthcare industries.

Salary:
The salary range below is based on the market rate and is contingent on the qualifications of the candidate:
