The Oracle Project Administrator is responsible to help a Project Manager coordinate resources, schedule meetings, take minutes, track financials, and help ensure project success.

This Project Administrator is a great opportunity for less experienced resources to gain valuable knowledge to work towards a Project Manager role.

As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Project Financial Tracking
  • Project Planning
    • Review and update comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets
    • Review and update project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
    • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Communications Management:
    • Create and manage communications documents, messaging, and facilitate understanding
    • Prepare regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review project deliverables and update as needed to meet quality standards and comply with organizational requirements
  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are within approved limits
    • Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Clearance Required: None
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required
    • Bachelor's degrees preferred
  • Experience with the following:
    • MS Projects
    • PowerPoint
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel

Desired Qualifications:
  • Good communication and listening skills

The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications. The proposed salary for this position is:

$81,000-$135,000 USD
